MT offers full-service clean-outs. We have a designated team that specializes in efficient clean-outs. We own our dumpsters to help control the cost and delivery efficiency. We perform:
Clean-outs after an Estate Sale has concluded
Complete stand-alone Clean-outs to remove unwanted debris.
Clean-outs to prepare your home for the Real Estate market
Dumpster Rentals
Our 15-yard dump trailers are perfect for small spaces, homes with low branches or power lines, new driveways, or soft ground.
You Pay for what you need:
$500 full load
$250 half load
$650 8 hours of labor and a dumpster

Melisa has had a lifelong passion for discovering and learning about historic, antique, and household items. She worked in the public service sector for 13 years before starting her Estate Sale business in 2018. Melisa and her associates are considered experts in the field and are highly motivated to complete any project, large or small.
